On February 13, 2020, the trainees’ delegation from the European Union visited projects implemented within the framework of KyrSEFF+.  Before the visit, the trainees received general information on the objectives, mechanisms, and results of KyrSEFF’s activities from Nurzat Abdyrasulova, KyrSEFF project manager.

During the site visit, the participants visited the sewing workshop of Mrs. Makhabat Mataeva, a modern warehouse by ST Logistik, and Hostel Apple. All three sites have successfully implemented measures for energy conservation. The owners of the companies told the EU trainees in detail about the challenges that pushed them to introduce resource-saving technologies, and about the benefits and results obtained after implementation. They also spoke about their partnership with KyrSEFF and the results of their co-operation.

The participants of the events noted that the visits to the sites of the success stories were interesting.

A group of six trainees were accompanied by Bakyt Aituganov, KyrSEFF project manager in EUD, and also by three other KyrSEFF representatives.
